Refund Policy
If we made a mistake with your order, we will fix it.
If there is an issue with a finished item (eg. quilts, table runners, etc), please email KeriQuilts@gmail.com
Unfortunately, we cannot pay for any return and/or exchange shipping charges.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges on cut fabrics (including pre-cuts), Patterns or Books.
Once a package is delivered to the Post Office it is out of our hands and control. Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery. We do not take responsibility for undelivered purchases. We do not offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.
